   Studio Policies

• All sessions are by appointment only and are 55min. in length.

• All appointments are subject to the standard 24hour cancellation policy.

• For certain medical conditions, a doctors letter may be necessary.

• All clients are required to fill out and maintain a current health questionnaire and waiver which will remain on file in studio.
• Please silence cell phone before entering studio
• Pilates socks are preferred
• Please arrive 10-15 min early for your appointment as this will give you an opportunity to focus your intentions on your workout.
• Above all, enjoy your workout! This is your time!
